Lestat was found roosting in a suburban backyard and handed in to a council pound. With only a few days to live, a team of kind people organised his rescue.

After his rescue from the pound, Lestat (named after a character from the movie, ‘Interview with a Vampire’) was transported to us here at Liberation Sanctuary in August 2020.

Little Lestat loves the ladies!  The feeling isn’t reciprocated however, with most of the hens ignoring his attempts to woo them with his suave dance moves.  All the same, Letstat is out there EVERY day trying his best, ever hopeful that one day one of the ladies will show him some attention!
