A surprise sanctuary hatchling

Lucy Goosey was a surprise addition to the Liberation Sanctuary family back in October 2018 when a fluffly yellow and Grey gosling appeared from under Mumma Gertie (RIP) with proud Pappa Nightingale standing by on guard to protect them all.

Lucy is 100% goose, taking after her father as a fierce protector of the gaggle, hissing if you get too close, especially when she is broody on the nest in the Spring.
